Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Haziq Hijab World, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return or Refund policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds for orders placed on our website (www.haziqworld.in).

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained.

Return/Refund Policy:

1) We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or different from what was ordered..

2) To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3) Complaint must be registered through whatsapp (+91 9087816259) within 24 hrs from the date of delivery

4) Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

5) Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition (withing 48hrs of receiving the returned product), we will process your refund or exchange, as per your preference.

6) We do not provide refunds for change of mind or for reasons other than the product being damaged or different from what was ordered.

7) Refund amount will be sent to the customer bank account/gpay within 3 business days from the date of quality check completion.

8) Parcel opening video is mandatory for all returns related to damaged or different products. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt and helps expedite the return process.

9) Please ensure to record a video while opening the package, clearly showing the condition of the product and any damage or discrepancies observed.
